Winter season: Nov thru April $115/ night- $750/week
Cleaning fee: $80
Minimum stay 3 nights.
A $250 deposit is required at time of reservation (refundable security deposit).
50% of rental charge is required 2 months before arrival.
Reservation must be paid in full 1 month before arrival.
