Cleaning fee: $80
Minimum stay 3 nights.
A $250 deposit is required at time of reservation.
Reservation must be paid in full 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation:
Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date to receive
full refund. Full payment is expected for cancellation less than 30
days unless another renter is found.
