Square.  This beautiful condo can comfortably accomodate up to 6 guests and is elegantly  
decorated to meet the highest standards of both the business and tourist traveler.   
Located just steps away from the community clubhouse/pool and thoughtfully designed to  
bring you all the comforts of home.  La Bella Santa Rosa is a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with  
two king size beds, two twin beds, and a 42" Flat Screen Plasma TV and DVD player in the  
living room for your viewing pleasure.  The two king bedrooms are equipped with 26"  
HDTV Flat Screen TVs and the twin bedroom is equipped with a 20" HDTV Flat Screen TV  
and DVD player. Enjoy all the ameneties of home with a full size kitchen equipped with all  
the modern day appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee  
maker, iron and ironing board.  Full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside  
the condo.  High speed wireless internet access throughout the unit, including free local  
and long distance telephone service.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates may vary.  An $80.00 cleaning fee applies for all stays.  Rates do not include  
12.5% sales/ tourist tax.  Daily rates of $120 per night to $300 per night depending on the  
season.  Weekly and monthly rates are available at discounted prices.
