conveniences added. The private backyard is enclosed and includes a  
shady lawn area and a large sunny brick patio with lots of plants.  
Gardener provided weekly.

Master has queen Bed, 
Bedroom 2 has double ded, 
Bedroom 3 has 2 twins, 
Den has queen-size sofa-bed & 42" flatscreen w/ surround sound. 
Breakfast nook, sunroom, laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry sink. 
Fully furnished, central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas cooktop  
& wall oven, microwave, fireplace; 42" flatscreen TV with surround sound. Cable & internet service  
included. 
Use of garage is not included.

Activities and Attractions

The home is 1 block from the entrance to Coronado's public  
golfcourse.  
Coronado's world famous white sand beach and the Hotel del Coronado are a few minutes  
walk away. Public tennis courts and private yacht club are 3 blocks  
away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

School year lease available September 7, 2008 through May 31, 2009. $4000/month includes cable TV,  
internet access, water, garbage, weekly gardener.  
No garage. No pets. No smoking. 
Security deposit of $5000 is due at lease signing. 
 
Summer Vacation Rental available June, July, August, September, 2009 (see calendar). 
Rates are: 
$9000 for June, 
$10000 for July 6 thru 31. 
$10000 for August 
Vacation rates include electricity, water, gas, cable TV & internet access and weekly gardener.  
No garage. No pets. No smoking. 
Reservation fee and $250 cleaning fee are due at lease signing. Rent is due 60 days prior to move-in.
