Lake access to West Okoboji. Main level includes Master 
bedroom/bath, great room, dining room, kitchen, and a screened in 
Patio with a beautiful view of lake and grassy area.  Lower level 
gives direct access to lake, has two bedrooms and bathroom, family 
room, and laundry room.  Parking in two car garage.

located within walking distance from quaint downtown Spirit Lake.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities included are master bedroom (Queen Bed) and full bath, 2 
bedrooms downstairs (2 Queen Beds and 2 twin Beds) and shower bath, 2 
patios, one screened in, and one with BBQ grill, cable, local phone 
service,fireplace, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 
cooking utensils, linens, washer and dryer, TV, Iron and board, 
fishing rods, work bench, swimming and boating in lake.

Activities and Attractions

Popular amusement park, abundent restaurants and bar areas in nearby 
Arnolds Park and Spirit Lake.  Beautiful golf courses within a 10 
mile radius.  Hiking, and sail boating.  Home is surrounded by 
grassy areas perfect for summer picnics.

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial Day - Labor Day $1200/ week
$4,000/month

$500 security deposit required upon booking.  Fully refundable after 
vacate of premises and no damage to property.  One week minimum 
rental period required.  
Cancellation Fee of $150.00 without a 30 day notice of cancellation.
