the state. Many challenging golf course within 30 min drive.
Shopping in Vero Beach or Melbourne is also close. Sebastian river
front is well known for the many resurants and marinas. NASA Kennedy
Space Center is a short drive. Major league baseball, LA Dodgers,
Washington Nationals, NY Mets all with in 30 min. or less. Airports
are Orlando, West Palm Beach, Melbourne

This property is available year round. Rates may vary according to
leghth of stay, from one month to a year. $2200.00 - $2600.00 per
month. Please call to negotiate a price. Request for weekly stays
will be considered. Stays less than 6mos carry an 11% tourist tax in
addition to rental rates. Excessive cleaning will also carry a
$100.00 fee. No smoking please. A refundable security deposit is
required. We accept all forms of payment.
