out to the huge yard or the dock to relax, where you can sunbathe or
catch fish. Plenty of tropical wild life to see, the manatees and
sometimes the porpoises are just a few feet away.

and bar seating. Separate dinning with seating for eight.{Great for
entertaining}. Screened lanai with dinnig table and seating. Bar B Q
grill. Ceiling fans throughout home, central air and heat. Central
alarm system for added security. Separate laundry room with family
size washer and dryer. Irioning board & iron, Freezer. Storage room.
Linens, towels. Master bedroom with queen bed and private bath,
walkin dressing closet. Second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom
with two single beds share a separate full bath. A queen bed is in

activities and attractions in Sebastian Atlantic Coast Central
The ocean beach is less than 10 minutes away, ajacent to Disneys
Vero Beach resort. Sebastian Inlet State park, known for
the surfing and beaches. Wheather your fishing the flats for Red
fish and Snook or Inshore for Tuna and Sword or Sail fish or
Grouper, it will be hard to find better fishing or diving anywhere else in
the state. Many challenging golf courses close.
Shopping in Vero Beach and Vero outlet mall. Sebastian River Dr is well known for the many restaurants, marinas and night entertainment. NASA Kennedy
Space Center is a short drive. Major league baseball exhibition, during baseballs spring training season. Airports are Orlando, West Palm Beach, Melbourne

This property is available year round. Rates vary according to
leghth of stay and time of year. Please call to negotiate a price. Request for weekly stays will be considered. Stays less than 6mos carry an 11% tourist tax in
addition to rental rates. Excessive cleaning will also carry a
$100.00 fee. No smoking please. A refundable security deposit is
required. We accept all forms of payment.
