Solid storm resistant one floor concrete building. Bedroom has one
full size bed. Kitchen and bathroom have new ceramic tile floors.
Living room has a full size couch. Linens and all
kitchen necessities. Microwave, stove, toaster, grill. Email and we will send you a link to interior pictures. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful views. Absolutely a non-
smoking unit.

Beaches, shopping, restaurants. Located minutes from historic
Tarpon Springs the Sponge Capital of the World. Diving, boating,
jet ski rentals, pontoon rentals, kayaking, bicycle trails. 20
minutes from Bush Gardens and 1 1/2 hours from Disney World. 15
minutes drive to HoneyMoon island and 25 minutes to Clearwater Beach.
Gulf of mexico is located 30 minutes by boat from back yard.

Monthly rental (6 weeks): April - November $1000
December - March $1100
(Sorry, it is rented for February & March.)
No pets.
With a longer lease the price is negotiable.
A security deposit of 1/2 the rental rate is due at time of
booking. Full payment is due at check-in. Paypal, cashier's check,
money order, or cash are accepted. A one time cleaning fee of $50 is
required for all rentals. If wanting a cleaning during your stay
that can be ordered for a charge of $50 each time. Cancellation
Policy: Reservation/Security
Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation notice received
within 15 days of rental period.
