East 35th Street in Manhattan

This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment about 550 square feet is
located on the first floor of a Townhouse located on 35th Street
between Second Avenue and Third Avenue.

You enter the apartment through a hallway leading to the
air-conditioned living room. It has beige painted walls, hard wood
floor, a closet, a fireplace and two windows facing the back of the
building providing a lot of light. This room is furnished with a light
green full size sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table with four
chairs, a cable TV, a standing lamp and a large mirror.

The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, a
microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, cupboards and dishes.

The air-conditioned bedroom has a window and a small built in closet.
It is furnished with a dresser, a mirror, a desk and a chair.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub with shower, a toilet
and a mirrored medicine cabinet.

Transportation: 6 train on 33rd Street and Park Avenue.

Neighborhood: the area is known as Murray hill, extending south from
42nd street to meet the neighborhood of Gramercy at 29th Street. It is
a residential area.
On Third Avenue you can find some lovely restaurants, a few bars,
delis and grocery stores.

No smoking is allowed in the apartment.

- Security deposit is required.
- Check in not before 4:00 p.m (Arriving earlier? you can leave your
Luggages at our Manhatan office until the check in time)
- Check out no later than 11:00 a.m
- Number of people cannot be more than 4 people (unless other
arrangements are made).

Neighborhood:
Very convenient location.
The area is known as Murray hill, extending south from 42nd street to
meet the neighborhood of Gramercy Park at 29th Street.

On Third Avenue you can find some lovely restaurants, a few bars,
delis and grocery stores

Four blocks from the EMPIRE STATE building. Macy's, the biggest
department store is few blocks away from the apartment.

you get one main course and one entry, between the "babaghanoush" the
"tamara" or the "homous" to start kebab chicken or lamb and much more
served with rice and salad...)

- Sarges Deli & Restaurants
548 3rd Avenue

- English is Italian

Rent: $260/night
Rent: $4600/month utilities included up to $150
Add: $100 cleaning fee for less than 10 days or more than 30 days
Add: $50 for a check in on Sunday or after 07:00 pm
Add: $50 If guest needs to vacate the premises before 8:00 a.m
Add: $120 if you select to have owner arrange pick-up service from
the airport.
Guest should also pay a security deposit in the amount of $500 to the
owner

You need to send $250 payment in advance to secure the apartment.
We accept for the advance payment:

- Paypal (add 4% to cover the fees)
- Wire transfer (add $30 to cover the fees)

When you arrive you need to provide the owner with the balance in US
cash or Travelers checks, no other payment mode will be accepted.
