- All rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday.
- Please check calendar for up-to-date availability.
- 3 night minimum rental during OFF season (1/7-5/26 & 9/15-12/31).
- 1 week minimum rental during PEAK season (5/26-9/15).
- Reservations less than the above minimums will be accepted beginning 2 weeks
prior to check-in date - or - if the desired dates happen to fit our calendar. - No senior week or student rentals please.

The Fine Print:
- Payment by Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
- Non-refundable advance deposit of half of the rental rate is due
within 10 days of booking. - Balance of rental rate, tax, cleaning fee, rental package fee, and
accidental damage coverage due 30 days prior to rental week. - Taxes: 10.5% total - 6% Maryland sales tax and 4.5% County room tax.
- Cleaning Fee: $130.
- Rental Package: $100/peak season - or - $50/off season.
Includes 6 facility passes - additional passes can be purchased for $70/wk. - Accidental Damage Coverage: $49 non-refundable fee covers up to $3000
of accidental damage. - Check-in: 4:00pm on Saturday. Upon check-in, you'll receive a rental package
with 3 parking passes, 6 facility passes, and renter's manual. - Check-out: 10:00am on the following Saturday.
