incredible four-story home is perfect for vacationers seeking a 
unique Mammoth experience.

Walking distance from the lifts at Canyon Lodge and the new Village, 
an awesome floor to ceiling view of Lincoln Mountain, Viking 
appliances, large screen television, video games, pool table and 
other modern amenities, this amazing 4,000 square foot home can 
accommodate anything from a family getaway to hosting a 
dinner/cocktail party.

The first floor has a large four car tandem garage with heated 
floors, bathroom and lighted entry leading to a dressing/equipment 
area with washer and dryer. The second floor has a large sun deck, 
full bathroom, two bedrooms with queen size beds in each and one 
large child-friendly bedroom with tv/vcr/dvd and two bunk beds 
containing full size lower beds.

The third floor is a spacious loft style living room/dining 
room/fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. This room features floor to 
ceiling gas-injected windows, hardwood floors, a small balcony, 
large screen television, cable programming, DVD/VCR player, Hi-Fi 
stereo system, leather sofas, bean bags, pantry, Viking appliances, 
and much more.

The fourth floor features a game room equipped with full-size pool 
table, Galaga arcade game, small refrigerator, 36 inch television 
with cable programming, and floor to ceiling gas-injected windows 
with another incredible view. 

It also has a large master bedroom with queen size bed, television, 
DVD/VCR player, large master bathroom with tile shower and separate 
tub, and small extra room with two twin size beds.

Also for the enjoyment of you and your family/guests, there are 
DVD's, CD's, and toys/games. Whether you and your guests are 
seasoned veterans or new visitors, this beautiful, unique home will
