Vacation Rental Description

Pristine Venice Island Beach Bungalo.  Spacious, open floor 
retreat in residential neighborhood.  Large living, dining rooms with two bedrooms and two full 
bathrooms.  First bedroom has king-sized bed, second bedroom has large trundle bed which opens to a 
king-sized bed.  Washer and dryer in unit.  Linens, utensils, & basics provided.  Bicycle storage 
available.  Screened Lanai.  Pool access.  
Close to beach, shopping, tennis courts, Venetian Waterway Bike and Running Path, & attractions.  
Waterway is just blocks away, great area for biking and walking.

Activities and Attractions

An endless array of activities are close by; on the island of Venice 
there are Boutique shopping on Venice Avenue, and antique and thrift 
shopping on Miami Avenue. There are several Gulf beaches from which 
to choose where you’ll find everyone combing for shark’s teeth and 
at the Venice pier, dolphin watching.  Golf, tennis, boating, 
fishing, kayaking, bike riding, hiking, parasailing, are just some 
of the activities available to you. Area attractions include 
theatre, art galleries, outdoor concerts, dancing, various 
historical tours.  Venice even has a wonderful Yoga studio where you 
can stretch and relax all your cares away before you head to the 
beach.  Sarasota is only 23 miles away, home of the Mote Aquarium, 
Selby Gardens, Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens, several professional 
theatres, and art galleries and on the way visit Oscar Sherer State 
Park or Historic Spanish Point.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season rates $1700 per month
Dec - March $2300 - 2500 per month
 
Call for discount pricing for multiple month bookings.  Share months 
with friends or family members. Discounts also available in shoulder season or for multiple month 
bookings.

$500 Refundable security fee required with deposit. Cleaning fee of 
$125 deducted from security.
