Vacation Rental Description

New, large 3-bedroom, 2-bath, top floor condominium with no streets 
to cross for easy access to the beach and boardwalk.  Perfect 
location for two families with children.  The condominium is located 
on the north end of the boardwalk, so while you can easily access 
the boardwalk activities, including nearby Morey’s Piers, rides and 
waterparks, you can still enjoy quiet evenings and clear views of 
the fireworks every Friday night while relaxing on the deck.  

Following your day at the beach, clean off the sand in the enclosed 
private exterior shower, and change into something fun. Entertain in
the great room, either at the kitchen bar, the large dining room table,
or the granite and marble bar.  Or you can relax on the comfy couches
or the deck.  Parking should not be a problem for guests, with room 
for two cars in the enclosed garage and one car in the driveway.

Included in the condominium are numerous toys, games and books for 
children, and it comes equipped with a porta crib and booster seat.

VHS player and closet.  Master bathroom has two sinks, full 
bath/shower, toilet, and a storage closet.  

*Guest Bedroom (sleeps two):  Full size mattress with dresser, night 
stand, cable television with DVD player, and closet.  

*Children’s Bedroom (sleeps four):  Bunk beds, twin bed with trundle 
bed with a dresser, a bookcase (including children’s books) and 
closet.  

*Living Room (sleeps one):  Large couch, oversized chair-and-a-half 
(with pull-out twin sized bed), reclining chair, and cable 
television with DVD/VHS and Sony Playstation.  Room also has a seven 
foot custom made black Chinese granite-top bar with Turkish red 
marble sides.  

*Dining Room:  Large table that seats eight.  

*Kitchen:  All pots and pans along with cups, plates, silverware and 
various utensils.  Kitchen includes a GE microwave oven, GE cooktop 
range/oven, GE refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, 
toaster oven, blender, sink with garbage disposal, with plenty of 
storage and easy access.  Kitchen has a large extended 
countertop/bar that seats five.  

*Deck:  Glass top table with four bar height swivel chairs.  

*Main bathroom:  Sink and toilet with full shower/bathtub.   

*Laundry Room:  Located off the hallway, an enclosed laundry room 
with washer and dryer is included.  Additional items in the laundry 
room include mops, brooms, buckets and cleaning supplies.

Activities and Attractions

Beach (with no beach tags required) and boardwalk are less than a 
block.  Close to all attractions/restauraunts on the boardwalk.  A 
relaxing walk along the North Wildwood nature trail leads to the 
Hereford Inlet.  Surf fishing is possible along the entire 
waterfront.  Close to a variety of upscale restauraunts located in 
North Wildwood.  Other nearby attractions include parasailing, 
fishing charters (deep sea, or back bay), jet ski rentals, miniature 
golf, public parks with swings, tennis courts, horseshoe pits/bocci 
ball area, Cape May dining, boat slips and Stone Harbor.

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial Day Weekend (3 nights): $1,000
Early/Mid-June: $1,200/week 
End of June:  $1,500/week
July and August: $1,700/week
Labor Day Weekend (3 nights): $1,000
September 5 to 8 (Mummer/Motorcycle Weekend): $1,000
September 12 to 15 (Fireman's Weekend):  $1,000
September 19 to 22 (Irish Weekend): $1,000
September 26 to 29 (Film/Italian/Law Enforcement Weekend): $800
Other four (4) day/three (3) night weekends:  $600
Off-Season (October - May):  $1,000/week

Rental requirements:  25 years or older with current photoidentification.  
Maximum occupancy of 8 persons.
One half deposit due at time of lease signing with $400 deposit.  
Renters are responsible for bringing all linens and towels.

No smoking in unit and no pets.
