on the north end of the boardwalk, so while you can easily access
the boardwalk activities, including nearby Morey’s Piers, rides and
waterparks, you can still enjoy quiet evenings and clear views of
the fireworks every Friday night while relaxing on the deck.
Following your day at the beach, clean off the sand in the enclosed
private exterior shower, and change into something fun. Entertain in
the great room, either at the kitchen bar, the large dining room table,
or the granite and marble bar. Or you can relax on the comfy couches
or the deck. Parking should not be a problem for guests, with room
for two cars in the enclosed garage and one car in the driveway.
Included in the condominium are numerous toys, games, videos/DVDs and books for
children, and it comes equipped with a porta crib, booster seat, and potty seat.

*Children’s Bedroom (sleeps four): Bunk beds, twin bed with trundle
bed with a dresser, a bookcase (including children’s books) and
closet.
*Living Room (sleeps one): Large couch, oversized chair-and-a-half
(with pull-out twin-size bed), reclining chair, cable television with DVD/VHS, and seven-foot custom black Chinese granite-top bar with Turkish red marble sides.
*Dining Room: Large table that seats eight.
*Kitchen: All pots and pans along with cups, plates, silverware and
various utensils. Kitchen includes a GE microwave oven, GE cooktop
range/oven, GE refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, toaster,
toaster oven, blender, sink with garbage disposal, with plenty of
storage and easy access. Kitchen has a large extended
countertop/bar that seats five.

golf, public parks with swings, tennis courts, horseshoe pits/bocci
ball area, Cape May dining, boat slips and Stone Harbor.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (one-week minimum).
Rental requirements: 25 years or older with current photoidentification.
Maximum occupancy of 8 persons. Security deposit of $400 required.
Deposit of 50% of rental rate due at time of lease signing to reserve dates.
Renters are responsible for bringing all linens and towels.
No smoking. No barbeques on the balcony. No pets.
