Pine Forest Vacation Cabin in Truckee

Charming mountain cedar log style cabin with a great floor plan,
pine vaulted living area and rolled log cedar accents throughout.
The three bedroom, two bath cabin sleeps six with a king bed in the
master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds
in the third bedroom.

The bright and open living area is great for families and for
socializing, and features a glass patio door and large windows that
overlook the front deck and forest view. There is also a rear deck
off the master bedroom to enjoy the gorgeous peaceful setting.

The cabin is fully equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, color
cable TV, DVD/VHS player, sterio radio/CD player, bed linens,
blankets, pillows and towels, washer and dryer, two car garage and
snow removal on the driveway.

Located in popular Prosser Lakeview Estates just two miles from
downtown Truckee, the cabin is set on a wooded lot within a forest
setting close to all north-shore Lake Tahoe recreation areas,
including Northstar, Squaw Valley and Sugar Bowl ski areas, Donner
and Prosser Lakes, Kings Beach (Lake Tahoe) and Reno.

The cabin is fully equipped and ready for you to have a wonderful
vacation or weekend get-away. All rooms are fully furnished. The
kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer,
coffee maker, toaster, dishes & glasses, knives - forks & spoons,
pots & pans, and cooking utensils.

The dinning room table seats six and the family/living room has a
color TV with cable, a DVD/VHS player, and a sterio radio/CD
player. In addition to the central, forced-air, gas heating system,
there is a gas stove in the family/living room with remote
thermostat heat control. A second and third color TV with cable and
VHS player are in the master bedroom and second bedroom.

During the winter, sleds are available for your use on the side yard
or local sledding/tubing areas. During the summer, a propane
barbecue and deck chairs are available for your enjoyment of the
outdoors and lovely forest setting.

Bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided, a clothes
washer and dryer is available for your use, paper products (toilet
paper, napkins, etc.) are provided for your convenience, and the
cabin is professionally cleaned between guests.

The cabin is centrally located for all north-shore Lake Tahoe
recreation and entertainment. In the winter, there is downhill
skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding-
tubing and ice skating. Popular ski areas include Northstar, Squaw
Valley, Alpine, Boreal, Royal Gorge and Sugar Bowl.

In the summer, there is swiming, water skiing, boating, hiking,
biking, golfing and horseback riding. Popular beach and boating
areas include Lake Tahoe, Donner and Prosser Lakes, and Boca and
Stampede Reservoirs. The surrounding national forests have numerous
hiking and biking trails and there are several golf courses in the
area.

Within easy walking distance of the cabin, USFS forest land bounds
the Prosser Lakeview Estates housing area and is great for
snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking,
biking and picnicing in the summer. And for thoughs interested in
gambling and shows, Crystal Bay (north-shore Lake Tahoe) and Reno
are only a 20 and 30 minute drive, respectively.
