Vacation Rental Description:

Enjoy this marvelous oceanview townhome/condo with magnificent views 
of the Pacific Ocean and Zuma Beach with all the luxuries of a 
vacation resort within the Zuma Bay Villas. Spoil yourself in this 
quaint, privately-gated, relaxed, seaside community ... a sunset-
stroll on the beach, watching the dolphins play, many world-class 
surfers and even the exciting occasional movie set. How about a day 
peaceful lounging by the ZBV pool or relaxing in the spa and having 
fun at the ZBV clubhouse, or getting exercise on the ZBV tennis 
court. Walk down the stairs to the beach for swimming, surfing or 
boogieboarding in the ocean ...or enjoy just drinking cocktails, and 
soaking in breathtaking Malibu sunsets and ocean breezes on the 
oceanview balcony... enjoy it ...The Malibu Way .

Vacation Rental Amenities

This bright 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome/condo is beautifully furnished 
for your total comfort with all amenities you will need ... just 
turn the key and let the fun in the sun begin.

Large, open layout - living and dining room area with a fireplace and 
breathtaking oceanviews. Walk out on to the balcony to soak up some 
sun, enjoy the ocean breeze, watch dolphins swim and the occasional 
whale as they migrate from Alaska to Baja and back. Kitchen is fully 
equipped including washer and dryer. Dishes, cooking utensils and 
glassware for you or to entertain your guests are available. Enjoy 
the piano and guitar for your musical enjoyment as well as a large 
TV, stereo, DVD sound system.

The bedrooms have either oceanview or courtroom views. Each bedroom 
has a Queen or King-size bed with a bath and/or shower. Two bedrooms 
have TVs, one has an additional VHS and printer for your laptop.

All bedroom, bathroom and dining linens as well as beach and pool 
towels are provided.

Attached garage available for you with everything you can use for a 
fun-filled day at the beach ... beach chairs, tents, towels, 
surfboards, boogie and skimboards and wet suits (including children's 
sizes)... paradise for children of all ages !!

9/11/07 Hi Jodi  Hope you are well. We are back in the UK now after a fabulous couple of weeks in California. 
We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the week in your beautiful house in Malibu and to say thank you 
for letting us stay ! We had a great time and loved the house - it's stunning and what a view !! - we used the 
boogie boards and chairs for the beach - although the waves were so powerful, we left the boogie boarding to 
the boys. We saw sea lions and dolphins in the sea and generally enjoyed the sunshine. Thanks again. C.W.
