back from oceanfront. Nextdoor to the private 
subdivision pool and recreation area and a short walk to the 
community beach walkway. Elegant decor. Ocean view from top two 
floors and panoramic view of marshes & sound. Appointments include 
gourmet kitchen, three master bedrooms (two with jacuzzis), game 
room with foosball table, DSL wireless Internet access  & hot tub. 
Custom furnishings. Beach chairs, boogie boards and sand flea rake. 
Free long distance.  46 inch LCD in great room, HD digital. One of 
the largest lots in the subdivision. Beautifully 
landscaped and very private.  If flying into nearby Billy Mitchell 
airport, an airport truck is available for your stay for $25/day 
plus fuel. Rental periods are normally Saturday to Saturday.

Activities and Attractions

Only a short walk to Hatteras Village for shopping and Restaurants.
One of finest beaches on the outer banks right in front of the house.
Excellent surf fishing for drum, flounder, blues, trout, and 
stripers.  Big Game sportfishing available at several local marinas.
The large pool and nature trail of the subdivision is unique to the 
village. Excellent bird and wildlife viewing from all decks. Many 
rental places are available for surfboards bikes and other gear.  
Short ride to the free ferry to Ocracoke Island
