4BR 2Ba Sleeps 10. Deck, side yard, outside shower, w/d, d/w,
cable, VCR, central A/C. Bay block (Beds: 1qn, 2 singles, 2 full, two full pull out couches)
Three bedrooms upstairs, with wall to wall carpeting and A/C.
Large master bedroom has queen size bed with pull out bed.
Second bedroom has two twin beds and the third has a double
bed. First floor bedroom has a double bed. Sunroom has a full pull out couch.
The First floor has a living room, dining room and Sunroom all
with hardwood floors. In the Living room there is
Cable TV, VCR and stereo/CD/ Radio/tape deck. The Eat
in Kitchen has a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
Dishwasher and antique cabinets. Washer/Dryer 1st Floor.
The dining room table seats up to 10, and opens to the eat-in
kitchen. The dining room also has sliders to the deck.
The deck faces west where you can enjoy the cool bay breezes
and wait for the right time to stroll down and see the sunset. A
gas grill is available for your use. The yard is big enough for a
volleyball game or horsehoes.

Walk 1 block to the bay for quiet sunbathing, beautiful views,
shelling, fishing, sailing, dolphin sighting, and beautiful sunsets.
The water in the bay is calm and shallow -great for young
children
The house is beautifully decorated and spacious-great for a
large family.

Great Swimming and Sunsets by the Bay.
Sandy beaches and calm water make for nice swimming ! Enjoy
sunbathing, swimming, sailing, fishing, or quite walks
along the water. (The light waves and warm water make it a
terrific spot for young children.) Sunsets are spectacular... Beach
tags are not required.
The house is ten blocks from the Cape May-Lewis Ferry, which
will take you to Delaware beaches, or outlet shopping in
Rehobeth.
Eight minutes to center of Cape May, where you can take historic
house tours, eat well, play miniature golf, rent bikes or surreys,
or just tour the town.
Amusement parks and water parks are close by at Morey's Pier
in Wildwood.
Cape May Zoo, Historic Cold Spring Village, Fleck's ( the greatest
ice cream shop on the East Coast in our opinion), antique
shopping all close by
"Like the Jersey shore used to be"...

September thru June 22, 2008: $950 per week/ $450 Friday thru Sunday
June 23-June 29, 2008: $1300
July and August: $1650 per week
Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday
