Renovated 1BR Condo W/Ocean View, Large Corner Unit in Waikiki

Thank you for taking the time to view our listing. We have tried to create a home away from home for
you in lovely Waikiki.
The Waikiki Banyan is located in the east end of Waikiki. It is within walking distance of most
atractions in the Waikiki area.
This unit is located on the corner of the 14th floor of Tower I. Corner units are 10% larger than
the middle units in the Banyan. The kitchen is separate from the living area allowing a larger
dinning space.
It affords views of the ocean, Waikiki beach, Diamondhead and the Recreation deck.
Free garage parking is included in the price of the rental.
Something else to consider when choosing a place for your vacation is customer service. This is the
only vacation unit we operate and we live near the Banyan. So in the unlikely event you should
encounter problems with the unit, we are just a phone call away.

The unit is fully stocked with almost everything you will need for your visit to Waikiki.
This unit has two full size beds in the bedroom and a queen-size futon with a cushy 10" mattress in
the living area.
Entertainment: 2 TV's with cable, DVD and VHS players, Stereo.
Air-conditioning.
Free broadband internet.
Kitchen: full size refrigerator and stove, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. It is
fully stocked with everything you will need, except food of course.
We have also provided the following for your convenience: Iron and board, hair dryer, small cooler,
boogie boards(3), snorkel set(1), beach chairs(4), mats(4), beach towels(3), pool and beach toys for
the kids, tennis racquets(2). We have tried to alleviate some of the packing you will have to do.
Recreation Deck features a resort pool, spa, tennis court, basketball court, putting green,
children's play area/jungle gym, picnic/BBQ area and snack bar.

The recreation deck provides activities for the whole family. You can BBQ on one of the many gas
grills provided, play tennis, soak in the jaccuzzi or just go for a dip in the pool. There is a
practice putting green and much more. The whole facility was recently renovated and has a resort
atmosphere.
World famous Waikiki beach, San Sousi beach, Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, nearby
Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach, Sea Life Park, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, etc.
There is also the popular Sunset-on-the-Beach on the weekends, and this is just a block and a half
away as well.

Rack rates at the Waikiki Banyan begin @ $200+. This is an amenity
rich resort just a block to the beach!
Base Rates: $149/night or $950/week
Discount Rates: 125/night or $850/week(May and Oct)
Summer Peak: $169/night or $995/week(July and August)
Holiday Rates: $195/night(15 Dec 2008 – 6 Jan 2009)
Rates do not include Tax: 11.94%(30 days or less) 4.5%(more than 30
days), $85 Check out/Cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change until booked.
