Large open second floor plan with ocean access via private beach 
gate. Queen beds in both master and 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has 
private bath and 2nd bedroom has separate bath, large closets and 
vaulted ceilings. Living room has TV, VCR, CD/Radio, screened porch. 
Desk with PC and high speed internet access. Newer appliances and 
fully furnished, everything you need! Full-size Wash/Dryer. Quality 
furniture, ample linens. One full air mattress with pump & linens for 
guests. Decorated in beautiful beach motif. No smoking except for 
screened porch area. Small dogs (under 20lbs) and indoor cats only 
are welcomed. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Assigned parking (2) at front door. Gate guard 24/7. Complex has 
private beach access, 3 pools + kiddy pool, 2 tennis & racquet 
courts, exercise room at clubhouse. 

Orlando Airport is only 45 minutes away. Easily, stay at the beach 
and 
visit Disney World within a 1 hour drive. Great for families, as you 
experience the best of both worlds.
