minutes to downtown Seneca is a
relaxing,private three bedroom two
bath lake cottage.Two bedrooms downstairs that share a hall bath with
shower/tub.One with a queen
bed,one with full bed.Large master upstairs with a king bed small
sitting area.Connected Jacuzzi Tub
and toilet area seperate from the
sink and closet area,Unique!Game table in upstairs loft
area.Downstairs has a wood
burning fireplace with vaulted ceilings in the living area,large
sectional sofa with recliners and
sofa bed built in.Large hi-def 48 inch tv with cable and dvd.The
dining area and kitchen are off
the living area. Large three sided deck wraps around the front to the
lake side.Large deck
with enclosed netted structure with iron table and chairs for summer
dining down at the waters
edge.Covered boat dock houses the 2000 bayliner that we include in
the rental for guests( must be 21
to operate)Gas grill on back deck.Large yard houses hammock and horse
shoe game.
