Situated on the Southern point of Lake Keowee in a deep-water quiet cove, minutes to downtown Seneca is a relaxing, private Three bedroom/Two bath Lake Cottage. Two bedrooms downstairs that share a hall bath with shower/tub. Both bedrooms have Queen beds. Large master suite upstairs, with a King bed and small sitting area. Connected Jacuzzi Tub and toilet area is separate from the sink and closet area. Unique Game table in the upstairs loft area, which also has a small chinese day bed, Twin-sized. Downstairs has a wood burning fireplace with vaulted ceilings in the living area. Large sectional sofa with recliners and sofa bed (Full-sized) built in. Large Flat Screen TV with cable and DVD player in the living area. A variety of DVD's are available for use. Additional TVs in two bedrooms. The dining area and kitchen are connected to the living area. Over-sized three-sided deck wraps around the house front to the lake side. A large deck at waters edge offers covered structure, with iron end table and chairs for summer relaxing. Floating Boat Dock has one covered slip. This location is a great place to float and swim without the heavy boat traffic. Note that you are less than 10 minutes away from Lake Keowee Marina! Gas grill on side deck, an iron/glasstop dining table, and there's a hammock plus plenty of seating area.

WEEKLY Rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday, Memorial Day (5/25-6/1) through Labor Day (week of 8/31-9/7). Rates include exit cleaning.
Spring 2013: April 1 - May 31 - $1,200.00 per week; $225.00 per night with a two-night minimum.
Memorial Day weekend (5/24 - 5/26, three nights): $750.00
Summer 2013: June 1 - September 30 - $1,400.00 per week; $250.00 per night (2 night min.) IF days available.
July 4th week (6/29- 7/6) and Labor Day week (8/31 - 9/7): $1,850.00 per week. No partial week rental.
Fall 2013: October 1 - November 30 - $1,100.00; $200.00 per night
Winter 2013: December 1 - March 31 - $950.00; $150.00 per night
Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks - $1,500.00
Security Deposit $350.00 - check only - Refundable
$700 for Clemson Football Weekends (Friday & Saturday nights). Additional nights $150.
Linens may be excluded on weekly rentals at a reduction of $100.00.
