The Lake House - New lower rates! in New Braunfels

This property is located on a beautiful lakefront acre, hidden from
the main street by foliage. The huge towering pecan trees and lush
yard will lead you down to the Lake House just feet from our 100'
private frontage on beautiful Lake McQueeney. We just purchased this
home and added all new furnishings in late July. This is our
family's weekend getaway as well. There are 2 bedrooms, one
upstairs containing a set of bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle
underneath. There is also a TV w/ cable and a DVD player in this
room. The master bedroom downstairs features a queen sized bed just
feet from the relaxing Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom as well as
glass French doors that open to the beautiful back porch where you
can relax in our outdoor furniture and absorb the serenity and
picturesque view of the lake. The living room boasts all brand new
furnishings including a large plasma TV with cable television a DVD
player and our collection of DVD’s from children’s movies to
thrillers and classics. The house also features a washer/dryer and
all the standard kitchen appliances, cookware, utensils and
amenities to make you feel right at home.

There is a large covered balcony/porch attached to the house
overlooking the lake with patio furniture as well as a propane
grill. There is also a large deck that extends over our boat lift
with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as two chaises
for sun bathing or catching some z's. Underneath the deck is a boat
slip and 100 foot of bulk headed bank with decking from one end of
the property to the other. There is also a ladder that creates easy
access for getting in the lake to swim. The entire frontage is
approx 6" deep and perfect for swimming. My kids spend the entire
day out there jumping off the deck and floating around in the water.

For the fisherman, the cat fishing is great at night from our deck
and the abundant perch are perfect for the young angler during the
daytime, however watch out because Lake McQuenney holds some monster
bass that like to grab the perch off right off your line.

a night out at River Road Ice House or Gruene Hall. Visit the
Historic town of Gruene and eat at the Gristmille! Only 30 minutes
from downtown San Antonio where you can enjoy the river walk, Sea
World, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas! Only 20 minutes from the great
shopping at the outlet centers in San Marcos! And of course 45
minutes from Austin and UT football games!

Gruene Hall! Only 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio where you can
enjoy the river walk, Sea World, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas! Only 25
minutes from the great shopping at the outlet centers in San Marcos!
And of course 45 minutes from Austin and UT football games!
