Come and experience the magic of the Outer Banks at Ocean's Grace. 
Enjoy the ocean breezes, sight and sound of the surf and view of the 
Currituck Lighthouse from the wide wrap-around decks.  Ocean access 
is just 200 feet from this beautiful and spacious semi-oceanfront 
property.

Eight bedrooms, five private baths, two semi-private baths, one half 
bath, outside shower and loo.  

First floor: Bedrooms: king master, twin master, twin over twin, twin 
over double with trundle, semi-private bath, recreation room, laundry 
closet. The rec room offers a pool table, foosball table, game table, 
42" 1080p LCD TV, DVD, mini stereo system and a wet bar with full size
refrigerator and microwave.  Deck area with pool, jacuzzi, gas grill
and two charcoal grills, picnic table, pool chairs and lounges.

Second floor: three king master bedrooms, one queen with semi-private 
bath, one four-bed bunk room. Four bedrooms open to the deck with 
access to the pool area and one bedroom has a private deck.  Deck 
hammock for enjoying the quiet magic of the Atlantic ocean breezes.  

Third floor: Great Room features a large well appointed kitchen with 
two dishwashers, generous counter space and a breakfast bar; living 
area with 52" 1080p LCD TV, VCR, DVD, CD and stereo. Window bench 
overlooking beautiful panoramic ocean views.  Visually pleasing and 
comfortable furnishings around the gas fireplace. One dining table 
seating 14, pub table seating 8 and a toddler's game table. Powder 
Room.  The deck off the third floor is furnished with Adirondack 
chairs, two picnic tables and a relaxing porch swing.

You can enjoy a game of volleyball or horse shoes in the large 
backyard or try your skill at basketball off the front drive area.  
Private pool can be heated May through October.

Please, no smoking in the cottage.  Pets welcome in the cottage, but

Activities and Attractions

Be sure to visit the beautiful Old Village of Corolla, the Currituck 
Lighthouse and the Whalehead Hunting Club.  All within a two mile 
radius.  Bicycles are available to enjoy the area. A 4-wheel 
drive vehicle will allow you to explore the north end of the beach 
where you will find an old ship wreck and may even see some of the 
wild ponies the area is noted for. 

Area activities include Go-Karts, Kayaking, Sailing, Fishing, 
Parasailing, Wind Surfing, Paddleboats, Golf, Shopping, Movies and 
some really great Seafood Dining. Several great golf courses.

An hour drive will take you to historic Roanoke Island where you can 
enjoy the outdoor drama The Lost Colony.  On your way to the 
Island, stop and climb Jockey Ridge, one of the tallest sand 
dunes in the United States and visit the Wright Brothers National 
Memorial, and walk the path of the first flight.  

And always, there is the Atlantic Ocean.  Walk the shore and feel it, 
taste the salt, smell the sea, look and listen.  It is a magical 
land, this Outer Banks.
