conditioner, and ceiling fan in family room and air in game room.

All kitchen amenities are there for your comfort including micro-
wave, coffee maker, blender, and of course refrigerator with ice maker.
Washer & dryer in service porch. I even supply toilet paper and
detergent for washing machine. Large area in rear of house for large vehicles.
Jacuzzi is heated but not necessary in summer.
The Sims family has arrived and having a great vacation in Bullhead city.

Activities and Attractions
-Best Water sports here in laughlin, either go down the towards Havasu or to Katherines
Landing for some great boating.
They rent boats and jet skiis at the Katherines Landing. Reasonable prices!!
.There is also great golfing on beautiful courses in Needles, and Avi.
Fireworks on the river during 4th of July. Many activities all summer including Stars,
.Fishing is fun at the lake and river also, need the license
though. Get the license at lake Mohave , Katherines Landing..
Casinos are fun when you hit the jackpots. U can rent quads in
winter months in the town of Bullhead City Lots of nic nac shops and antique shops
in Needles and some in Bullhead.
Trim my bouganvilla in front of mobile if u get bored and sweep the
garage. Shopping is available for the ladys at the mall in town of
Laughlin just on the other side of the river.
There are many restaurants to choose from but I definitely
recommend the Steak House at the River Palms, ask for Paul.
The Bear rest. is great any time of day!! also
Avi Casino - Steak restaurant is terrific, ask for Dewey.
Boating- Fishing- Jet skiing- Camping out on the lake on houseboat.
Renting Jet skiis in the town of Bullhead very easily done and less
expensive than renting at the hotels. Get your massage at River Palm
ask for Sue and Susan, both woman are the best U fall asleeep. I
snore. I think massage is $70.00 per hour. Its worth it!!

Mobile Home located 2 blocks from #95, 10 minutes to katherines
Landing, and 5 minutes to Bullhead Park to put boat in water with
no lines, and up the street from the Bear Restaurant, and Safeway
market off highway 95 in Buena Vista .Great Location!!Safe Area!!
Bingo at the Avi is popular with snowbirds-$$back on points accum.
Sherri and Donald stayed here last summer on vacation for a month!

Vacation Rental Rates
This beautiful Mobile is a Vacation Rental. Monthly Winter rates consist of $1245.00 and up
includes utilities. -There is a new owner for Mobile-- He says keep renting!!
Better rate for 2 months or more in the winter. Summer Monthly rates vary $1450.00 -$1650.00 ,
June through December are still available by reservation only.
All the enjoyment you can have. July 4th still available.as well as other summer weeks.
Includes house keeper to clean once a month if rented by month only.
Summer Weekly rates vary - $450.00 -$750.00 includes util.not exceed $100.00
Weekly deposit is $500.00 . Refundable...Treat it like its yours!
