Welcome to "My Blue Heaven"!! We would like to share with you our
fabulous "Island Decor" condo which sits directly on the sugar white
sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
Located in the ultimate luxury resort community of Beach Colony,
this 1500 sq.ft.2bed/2bath condo boasts a "state-of-the-art"granite
kitchen/breakfast bar where you will find everything from Margarita
glasses to vases!!
The "ingenious design" of the living/dining area creates a "wall of
windows" that give you a continuous view of the Gulf "from inside"
making every unit an "end unit" No inside units here! No boxes with
a deck. Only views!!
Add to this, our 300sf. "circular, pillared" balcony(unique only to
Beach Colony) for sweeping views!
The king Master Suite has a doorwall of glass that opens onto this
great balcony and is also connected to a bath/Jacuzzi Spa with a
huge walk-in shower surrounded by wraparound windows! The Master Spa
is on the front facing the Gulf NOT behind the bedroom like most
units. Wow!! Literally shower and watch the dolphins !!
The large second twin bedroom/bath faces an open atrium and can be
closed off from the main living area to become a private suite.
A sofa sleeper is provided to accomodate 2 more guests.
