Waterfront Studio w/Private Pool: Paradise Point in Fort Lauderdale

This serene and charming studio is situated on a very private
peninsula with 450 feet of canal and river frontage. Thirty gently
swaying coconut palms line the perimeter of the lush garden. The
studio has two walls of windows with spectacular water views, wall-
to-wall carpeting, natural wood ceiling, and a bath with
indoor/outdoor shower. There is a vacation kitchenette with small
refrigerator, microwave, hot plates, and toaster oven. French doors
lead out to a private terrace over-looking the river with lounges,
breakfast table, and gas grill. Inside this spacious 650 sf studio
there is a sleeping area with queen size bed and armoire, and a
relaxing living area with a comfortable sleep sofa, recliner, and a
50" TV. Studio guests share the pool terrace and loggia with the
main house. The main house is occupied by the owner and his unique
dog, Lucky, both of whom are very welcoming and respectful of the
needs of their guests. Amenities include heated swimming pool, hot
tub, loggia, private terrace, boat dock, and sunset bench on the
river. Local phone service and wi-fi are provided.

The Fort Lauderdale beach is three miles away at Lauderdale-By-The-
Sea, a charming little resort area. The Fort Lauderdale airport is a
twenty minute drive. There are numerous restaurants within a mile
radius of the studio and the best breakfast restaurant in south
Florida, Cypress Nook, is within walking distance. The neighborhood
is very quiet and safe. And for the early birds, excellent coffee
and a newspaper is a five minute walk.

Rent for the studio, which sleeps 1 or 2, is $900, plus tax and
cleaning. Total amount: $1,110/ week.
