Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to "Palm Breeze".  This is a wonderful and affordable one bedroom/one 
bath condo, located on the southeast side of the 2nd floor 
overlooking the pool and north beach of Tybee Island. The north beach is the 
quiet side of the Island.  

Walk past 5 doors and down the steps and you're 20 feet from the pool and the dunewalk to the beach 
is just beyond the pool.  Or, you can walk 40 feet out the west side of the building and you have 
access to another pool and dunewalk.  

There is an elevator on the south end of the building for those who prefer.  Palm Breeze is the 2nd 
door as you enter the 2nd floor.

Savannah Beach & Racquet Club is a gated condominium property, 
located in a primarily residential area before you get to the hustle 
of the main beach.  This complex is a great location for sightseeing 
and you'll enjoy several good restaurants without the congestion of 
the south beach.   You have direct beach access without ever leaving 
the complex.  

There is a queen bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the 
living room. 

Your deck offers endless hours of peaceful and and interesting view.  You have a 
wonderful view of the pool and water beyond.  Seated on the deck of Palm Breeze gives you a front 
row seat to whatever is going on in the complex.  Ships and barges pass SBRC each day as they leave 
the Savannah port and you'll have a great view as they go by.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have two swimming pools (one with a kiddie pool) and three tennis 
courts for your enjoyment.  You'll find beach chairs, beach towels 
and even pool noodles are provided for your use.

All the conveniences of home are here so you can pack your suitcase, 
and leave the rest behind.  Our kitchen is complete with waffle iron 
and crock pot, in addition to the items you would normally expect.  
All linens are furnished and are comfortable and clean.

A TV/DVD player and CD player is provided along with a nice selection of DVDs and CDs.

Activities and Attractions

Tybee's activities change often from year to year.  We have a 
variety of music festivals and art shows during the summer months.  
Occasionally, you will find an outdoor movie on the grounds of the 
Historic Tybee Lighthouse.  Fort Pulaski is close by and quite 
interesting.  You can see the Fort from the deck of Heavenly Corner.

Savannah is a short drive from the Island and has many interesting 
places to visit in the Historic District.  River Street and City 
Market are also great tourist attractions.

Vacation Rental Rates

$750 to $800 weekly includes all applicable taxes.  All reservations include a one time cleaning fee 
of $65.  All applicable fees are included in the weekly rental.
