nestled in the woods. Plentiful
parking for you and your guests.

Cooking utensils and pots and pans provided. Large BBQ Grill. Kayaks
(2) and paddle boat. Bedding
linens, pillows, paper products and towels to be provided by Renter.

like Whitehall, Pentwater and
Ludington. Great Golf courses close by such as Benona Shores Golf
Course. There are also several horse ranches nearby such as Rainbow
Ranch. Little Point Sable Lighthouse
is within a few miles walk on the beach.

Month of June ... $2,750/week.
July through Labor Day ... $2950/week.
After Labor Day ... $2,000/week.
Weekend rate (2 nights)... before Memorial day and after Labor
Day ... $795.
Security deposit: $750. Booking: $750 plus security deposit is due
upon signing Lease to secure
dates. Balance plus cleaning fee of $150 per visit is due 30 days
prior to stay.
