Beautifully remodeled clubhouse for dining. A fun river clubhouse
for happy hour and light lunch and dinner. A ramp is available for
access to the Gulf. Kayak's and canoe's available. However,
a boat shuttle is also available for free transfers to/from Lover's
Key, a cute beach, fishing and clamming area located nearby off
Bonita Springs.

Plan your day any number of ways. Golf on the beautiful 27 holes
right next to the cottage home, or to one of many other championship
courses only minutes away. Serve your best on the adjacent tennis
courts. Take the free shuttle to beautiful Lover's Key, a lush
island near Bonita Springs, with walking trails, fishing sites, and
clamming beaches. Drive to nearby Sanibal and Captiva, some of the
most beautiful and unspoiled resort areas in Florida. Or head to
nearby Naples to indulge in fabulous architecture, restaurants,
beaches and shops. Some of the largest and finest--and most varied
in theme--retail outlet malls can be found close to Pelican Sound,
which is only 15 minutes away from Southwest International Airport
in Ft. Myers.

Security deposit of $1000, which is refundable following walk thru
by owners. A one time $400 non-refundable membership transfer fee
is required by the Association. As a temporary member, you will have
free use of the many amenities available including casual and formal
dining, a fitness center, golf on 27 championship holes (plus cart
fees), play on 6 lighted tennis courts, with men's and women's
locker rooms. Required: an 11% Florida rental tax (state and tourist) and a letter of reference. A cleaning service is available. All information,
including signing of a lease will be due 30 days before moving into
the cottage home. NO pets or smoking. $100.00 cleaning fee at time of
departure.
