master bedroom, twin beds in guest room, and queen sleeper in living
room. Comfortably accomodates 4 to 6 people. Within walking distance
to beautiful Resident's Beach, restaurants, and shops. Passes to
Resident's Beach are available through the Marco Island Civic
Association. Smoking is not permitted.

minutes from Fort Myers Intl. Airport. Also available are Everglades
adventures, airboat tours, shelling, sailing, fishing, boating,
snorkeling, windsurfing, and numerous other watersport activities.

Rent due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
There is a $300 per month refundable deposit due at time of
booking to hold your reservation. Full refund if you need to cancel
atleast 60 days prior to arrival.
$300 Refundable Security deposit if condo left in good condition.
