size bed, 3rd bedroom full size bed, 4th bedroom single bed.
Dormitory loft with queeen size mattress and single mattress.
Living Room with fireplace, Dining Area, new Kitchen with large
granite counter with beautiful views of the lake. 2 Full size
bathrooms. Outside shower with hot water. Porch off the kitchen
with a screen house. Dock on the water with canoe and paddle boat.
Private floating dock in middle of lake. (NO MOTORIZED BOATS ALLOWED)

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemake,
toaster oven, blender and service for 12. TV with digital cable in
living room and master bedroom, VCR and DVD. Screen house on deck,
gas grill, outdoor furniture on deck and dock. Air conditioners
that cool entire home, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board as well
as vacuum and cleaning supplies.

Private association lake w/raft and 150' sandy beach for swimming.
Eight minutes frome Lake George Village- boat rentals, sighseeing
and dinner cruises, parasailing, miniature golf. Great Escape Theme
Park, Waterlide World, Magic Forest, Fort William Henry. Town of
Lake Luzerne 7 miles away with beautiful views of the Hudson River,
numerouse Tubing and Whitewater rafting companies. Papa's Ice Cream
Parlor over looking the Hudson River serving Breakfast and Lunch.
Bon's Ice Cream with miniature golf only minutes away. Hitching Post
