It is a Two Story Single Family with a large Master BR with Jacuzzi, Den with Cable TV and FIREPLACE, Full Kitchen & Master Bath. Screened sitting decks both in the front and rear of the upper floor. Downstairs has 3 separate Bedrooms and 3 Baths with Efficiency Kitchen, and view of the Pool. Third Floor Garden 'party deck' overlooks the 'Siesta Key Tree Canopy' and has a covered dining area with BBQ.

The Pool has a raised deck with dining table and a 'walk in' shallow entrance with an in pool seat and Waterfall. Plentiful parking.You will not find such a private, clean, convenient, & accessible spot on Siesta Key.

Walk directly to the the quaint 'Siesta Village'. ( 10 minutes).

About Siesta Key Beach;

Siesta Key Beach is central Sarasota's gateway to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, an island that combines luxurious amenities with a relaxed vibe that appeals to both visitors and locals.

On the east side of this eight-mile long barrier island is Sarasota Bay and Florida's intracoastal waterway.
