The beach, a short one-block walk away, is wide and clean.  There are with life
guards and umbrella/beach chair rentals in season.
The building has ample parking, some covered.
There is an attractive lobby and two
elevators with secure access codes.
No smoking.
No pets.

services. Close to new library with WIFI access.

Sept and Oct are great times to take your vacation at Ocean City.  Weather is mild, ocean temperatures are warm.  Crowds are gone.  Rates are low.
