Luxury, Ocean View Condo by the sea - 4700 Atlantic Ave in Wildwood

Our charming condo was built in 2007. The unit is aprox. 1,600 sq.
ft.,three bedrooms and three full baths 2 car garage. This well-maintained condo
is just one block from Wildwoods Convention Center beach and the
famous boardwalk! The unit number is 104 located on the first floor
directly above the Garage. Easy unloading of the car.

It has a private deck looking out at the Atlantic ocean. Weekly
summertime - Friday night fireworks can be viewed from the deck.

* Master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and full bath and a 26"
flat panel TV.

* Second bedroom queen bed, another full bath.

* Third bedroom - (sleeps five), Twin top, full size bottom bulk
with a pull out full size mattress underneath. Third full bath
outside of this room.

The kitchen has Granite counter tops. It's fully stocked with a gas
stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice
maker, coffee pot, cooking utensils and dishes.

Living room has a queen sofa/sleeper, love seat recliners,
fireplace, 32" flat panel.

Bar for those HAPPY HOURS!! Sorry folks, the bar is not stocked.
Please feel free to bring your own "Freshies" :)!!

The unit has a washer and dryer. It has all the comforts
of your own home and then some!

your own sheets, towels and paper products. (We do have sheets and

* Unit and building are non-smoking, but you may smoke outside on
the deck areas.

Your home away from home is situated in a location that allows you
to park your car during your stay. Walks to the beach, boardwalk,
amusement/water piers, miniature golfing, arcades, Mack's Pizza,
Kohrs ice cream, bars, restaurants, etc. are all around the corner.

These are just to name a few. Oh yeah, don't forget to send
the kids off to the beach at night to watch the nightly movies at
the Convention Center.

If you are feeling a little more adventurous, you could always drive
into Cape May for a day of shopping, sightseeing or a visit to the
Cape May Zoo. The Atlantic City casinos and outlets are also just a
short drive away.
