home has all the amenities that will make your stay at the beach a 
memorable experience.  Wash the sand off in the outdoor hot and cold 
shower and relax in the evening in front of the brick fireplace.  
Watch TV on the plasma screen with upgraded cable and HBO or stay in 
touch with the office using the wireless high speed internet provided.
There is even a fully fenced yard for your canine pal!
Very nicely furnished in a mix of antiques and new upholstered 
pieces, this home was professionally designed with the comfort and 
convenience of the vacationer in mind.  The kitchen is fully equipped 
for those who enjoy preparing gourmet meals and there is a new 
barbeque on the spacious oceanview deck.

Rent a kayak at the harbor or take a sail on the luxury yacht 
Chardonnay.  Surf the waves at world-famous Pleasure Point or ride 
the coaster at the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk.  Visit the fabulous
