closet space. Two other bedrooms, one of which overlooks the sound,
feature queen sized bedding, TV/DVD combo, ample closet space, and
shared full size bath. The last bedroom, with ocean view, features
an over under single/double bunk with pull out trundle, private full
size bathroom, and large closet space.

The family room or den, overlooking the sound and with ocean view
also, features digital cable with large TV, DVD, wired/wireless
broadband internet access, plentiful seating and dining ares, and
plenty of room to relax. This unit is a Non-Smoking and No Pet unit.

NOTE: This property has 3 levels of stairs and no elevator. It
does NOT have child safey gates for the stairways. If you have
small children and desire to rent this property, PLEASE be certain
to bring your own expandable child safety gates for the stairs.

A fully furnished kitchen is provided complete with top quality oven
with built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, plus a washer & dryer,
iron/ironing board, outside shower, and covered parking for 3 cars.
A large gazebo extends over the water, complete with furniture. A

boat), numerous golf courses, tennis courts, snorkeling, scuba
diving, wind surfing, beachcombing(the beach is only 1 short block
away), historical and nature sight seeing, state park, picnic ares,
NC Aquarium, nature trails, biking, 4WD beach access areas,
excellent restaurants, a 25 minute ferry ride to Southport, marina,
amusement park, shopping, and a short 20 minute drive to downtown
Wilmington, with it's waterfront areas, the USS North Carolina
battleship, and city amenities. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy
the quiet at the north end of Carolina Beach.
