Vacation Rental Description

A luxurious two year old soundfront quadraplex condo unit, that is 
also 4th row beach location with ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floor, 
with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms plus a 35 foot boat slip included,
so bring your boat.  This exquisite unit features granite counter 
tops, top quality appliances and furniture, hardwood and plush 
carpeted flooring and soundfront balconies, plus a detached gazebo.

The 3rd floor king sized bedroom overlooks the sound with attached 
private balcony and features a separate shower and jacuzzi tub in 
master bath, private TV/DVD/VCR combo, overhead fan, plus large 
closet space.  Two other bedrooms, one of which overlooks the sound, 
feature queen sized bedding, TV/DVD combo, ample closet space, and 
shared full size bath.  The last bedroom, with ocean view, features 
an over under single/double bunk with pull out trundle, private full 
size bathroom, and large closet space.

The family room or den, overlooking the sound and with ocean view 
also, features digital cable with large TV, DVD, wired/wireless 
broadband internet access, plentiful seating and dining ares, and 
plenty of room to relax.  This unit is a Non-Smoking and No Pet unit.

NOTE:  This property has 3 levels of stairs and no elevator.  It 
does NOT have child safey gates for the stairways.  If you have 
small children and desire to rent this property, PLEASE be certain 
to bring your own expandable child safety gates for the stairs.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

A fully furnished kitchen is provided complete with top quality oven 
with built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, plus a washer & dryer, 
iron/ironing board, outside shower, and covered parking for 3 cars.  
A large gazebo extends over the water, complete with furniture.  A 
quality large built-in outside grill is available to all guests.  
Wireless high speed internet access is available throughout the 
unit, as well as, cable TV.  Central air conditioning and heating is 
provided on each floor with separate controls per floor  

Activities and Attractions

Carolina Beach is centrally located with numerous activities only 
minutes away.  The area activities include fishing(surf, pier, and 
boat), numerous golf courses, tennis courts, snorkeling, scuba 
diving, wind surfing, beachcombing(the beach is only 1 short block 
away), historical and nature sight seeing, state park, picnic ares, 
NC Aquarium, nature trails, biking, 4WD beach access areas, 
excellent restaurants, a 25 minute ferry ride to Southport, marina, 
amusement park, shopping, and a short 20 minute drive to downtown 
Wilmington, with it's waterfront areas, the USS North Carolina 
battleship, and city amenities.  Or, you can simply relax and enjoy 
the quiet at the north end of Carolina Beach.
