Cozy Ski-Condo with Ski Season discounts! in Park City

Our condo is centrally located near downtown Park City, one block from the Park City Marriott and convenient to Park City Mountain Resort as well as historic Main Street.  It is perfect for those who are budget conscious but don’t want to sacrifice comfort and quality.

The condo was remodeled in 2007 including all new furniture, two brand new Queen beds with pillow-top mattresses, new bedding, new TV and Blu Ray/DVD player for entertainment, ski rack, desk, etc.

Paint / tile / hardwood flooring, etc all brand new. Kitchenette
includes fridge, cooktop,  microwave and coffeemaker, and
utensils; you're ready for a casual dinner in the room. The balcony
has a table & chairs. A/C works great for summer visitors. We put
a lot of work into this so that it could be a great, high-class
getaway.

Heated pool is year-round, and outdoor hot tub is NICE. Free Wi-Fi
Internet access as well as a community computer / printer are
available for use in the conference center. The condo sits on the free shuttle bus line that
services both downtown Park City's historic Main Street as well as
the Park City Mountain Resort. Digital keypad access to the condo
buildings as well as deadbolt locks on your door ensure the highest
security. Off-street parking included.

Park City has it all; the best skiing, hiking, cycling, etc.
