Casi Cielo Playa Litibu in Punta Mita

Casi Cielo on Playa Litibu has two ocean front units below the
owners top level just 45 minutes north of Puerta Vallarta....it is 1
1/2 kms from the village of Higuera Blanca (pop.1200). If you want
to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the real Mexico away from the
traditional tourist destinations... but still close enough to ride
the bus to Puerto Vallarta....you will enjoy Playa Litibu!

The 2 fully contained AC suites are oceanfront ...situated approx.
25 ft above the ocean....with stairs and a path that take you down
to the beach. The units are equipped with two single beds or a
kingsize bed....includes a fridge, stove,microwave, blender,
toaster, coffee maker.....linens are supplied.....as well an outside
BBQ. The units have a bath, small kitchen, chica dining area with
a small sitting area.....outside the front patio has tables and
chairs, beach chair and lounges as well as a hammock for comfortable
relaxation time.

Maid service provided 4 days a week ...the other 3 you get to sleep
in!

Situated 1 1/2 kms from the village of Higuera Blanca which has
amenities such as a great selection of smaller grocery stores where
you can buy anything from liquor to fresh meat and all dry goods,a
torterilla, butcher shop, laundromat, a taxi service, typical
mexican resturants, and bus service approx. a dozen times a day to
PV or some scheduled trips north to villages of Sayulita and
above....

South of our village 7 kms is the village of Punta Mita which has
many beachfront palyapa resturants and other amenities such as
bakery, site seeing tours for fishing , snorkeling and whale
watching as well as a fresh fish market.

North of our village 10 kms is another village of Sayulita which has
many amenities for tourists such as restuarants, wonderful shopping
or just sitting on the beach under a palypa watching the surfers.

Be prepared to take in all the activites mentioned ahead or just
prepare yourself to relax and unwind by walking the beach...beach
combing..or boogey boarding with the boards provided! or you could
try your hand at fishing from shore if you don't want to take in a
boat charter.

Bring your binoculars for whale watching from the front patio..or
you could go snorkeling on the beach 4 miles away....snorkels
provided!

We provide additional tours to the outlaying areas for a nominal fee!
And last but not least we will do airport pick ups and drop offs!
