beach a memorable one.  Panoramic views from all living areas, a  
quick stroll across the street to the beach and beautifully furnished  
in comfort and elegance.  Sit in the living room and watch yachts  
navigate the rock jetty at the harbor or take a short walk to the  
world famous Crow's Nest Restaurant for a fabulous seafood dinner or the Palomar for mexican food or  
the Kind Grind in the morning for fresh made pastries and coffee.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Plasma TV, Jacuzzi spa in the fenced back yard, high-speed wireless  
internet and upgraded cable with HBO.  All furnishings were purchased  
in 2006 including high end linens and kitchen appliances.

Activities and Attractions

Rent a kayak at the harbor or spend an afternoon cruising the  
Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary on the luxury yacht Chardonnay....   
Ride the famous Big Dipper at the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk or  
just relax and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. Fall asleep to the  
sounds of the waves hitting the jetty.
