Sandy Place Vacation Home is a beautiful home located on
Sandy Point, approximately 20 minutes North of Bellingham,
Washington. It sits on a beautiful protected channel of water
leading out to Puget Sound, where the magnificent San Juan Islands
are just a few miles away. One of the great beauties of Sandy Place
is it's like being in the San Juan Islands without having to rely on
the Ferry System to get you to and from the Islands, saving you many
hours of commute time. And the Canadian border is just 30 minutes
away. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one bath, a large kitchen, a
formal dining area, office, living room, family room and a large
deck overlooking the secluded channel and the San Juan Islands. The
exposure is true Southwestern to take advantage of the beautiful
summer sunsets over the Islands. The downstairs has one bedroom, one
bath and living area. There is also a workout room with a sauna on
this level. An outdoor hot tub sits right outside the workout room.
Sandy Place has 60 feet of dock right out the back door for your use
as well as RV accommodations. There is a nice large area of land
next to the home which is available for any number of activities
from picnics to recreational activities. Every water activity
imaginable is available in the protected channel as well as the
Sound. We have a gorgeous 44' motor yacht for additional sleeping
quarters and for custom chartered cruises. Beach access is but a
stone's throw away. Shopping, restaurants, and a large casino are
located near Sandy Place for your entertaiment as well. Come to
Sandy Place for one night or for an entire month. Make it a getaway
for two, bring your family, or bring your entire business staff;

gorgeous 44 foot motoryacht is available for additional sleeping
space as well as chartered cruises. And if you own your own boat and
want to bring it along, be our guest. The boat launch is but a
stone's throw away and we'll have plenty of dock space waiting for
you! Enjoy either an outdoor hot tub with family and friends. Or
maybe a sauna for two right after a workout in the workout
room. Because we live right next door, we are able to make your
vacation home stay unique from any other, by customizing your stay
to your particular needs, including as many or as few extra services
as you desire. Those services range from doing your laundry to
teaching the basics of kayaking to hosting a Karaoke party at the
outdoor fire pit while roasting marshmallows!! And everything in
between!!

In addition to all the water activities we provide, including trips
to the San Juan Islands, we are surrounded by a wonderfull beach for
beachcombing and a wildlife refuge for quiet walks (your pet will
love it!) We have volleyball, badminton and horseshoe activities on
site and tennis, golf, swimming pool and casino just a short drive
