sq. ft. condo with two balconies. 
 
The Moorings is 10 miles south of West Palm Beach and incorporates a  
marina and boat club.  Its grounds and pools are tropical and lush  
and you can enjoy sitting by the pool and watching the boats and  
yachts going by on the Intracoastal waterway. 
 
You will vacation surrounded by tropical colors and vintage rattan  
decor in your condo which sleeps 6 in its 2 master bedrooms, 2 baths  
and a study with pull out double couch.

the surf, snorkeling, surfing, going on fishing and scuba diving  
charters, boating, skiing, parasailing, jet skiing, tennis and  
tennis tournaments, golf, sight seeing, museums, cinemas, theater,  
unique shops and a wide variety of restaurants, many offering live  
entertainment and some right on the water's edge.

Vacation Rental Rates

30 day minimum rental. 
 
High season (Jan. Feb. Mar.) $2800.00 
Low season (Apr. May. Jun.)  $2200.00 
Off season (Jul. Aug. Sept.) $2000.00 
Mid season (Oct. Nov. Dec.)  $2500.00 
 
Plus convenience fee for Electric, Local Phone, Cable and Internet 
of $175.00 per 30 days and a one time cleaning fee of $100.00 
Florida charges 11.5% sales tax; $500.00 damage deposit 
$1,000.00 to hold reservation.  Rent paid in full 60 days prior to  
possession. 
 
Check-in Time 3:00 PM; Check-out Time: 10:00 AM 
 
60 days notice of cancellation for refund of deposit.
