decor in your condo which sleeps 6 in its 2 master bedrooms, 2 baths
and a study with pull out double couch.

Rate includes Taxes, Utilities, Local Phone, Cable, Internet
and an end of term cleaning fee;

$500.00 refundable damage deposit

$1,000.00 to hold reservation. Rent paid in full 60 days prior to
possession.
