beds and private bathroom. Queen size air mattress is available. No

A security deposit of $300 is required to reserve the condo; this is
refundable if condo is returned to us the way you found it. Personal
checks accepted for deposit; cashiers check or money orders required
for final payment.
The balance is due 15-30 days before occupancy.
Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks minimum required; reservation deposit
forfeited otherwise.
There must be at least one adult over the age of 25 occupying the
condo.
