Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious ocean and intracostal waterway view condo with breathtaking 
views from the 16th floor.  Perfect for couples and families. Relax 
on the enclosed balcony while dining and listening to the ocean 
waves. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need.   
Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room table seats four. All linens 
provided. Washer and dryer in unit.  Television in living room with 
VCR and DVD player.  Master bedroom has king size bed, private 
bathroom, vanity, closet and television. Second bedroom has 2 twin 
beds and private bathroom. Queen size air mattress is available. No 
smoking, No pets. Enjoy Happy Hour from 4-7 daily at the Top of 
Daytona bar and restaurant on the 29th floor.

Vacation Rental Rates

January, February, March, April: $2000/Month
May, June, July:   $900/week 
August, September,October: $795/Week 
November, December: $600/Week or $1500/Month
Prices vary for special event weeks
$145 per night (3 night minimum)

12.5% Florida Tax INCLUDED in price.  An additional $75 cleaning fee 
is required.  

A security deposit of $300 is required to reserve the condo; this is 
refundable if condo is returned to us the way you found it. Personal 
checks accepted for deposit; cashiers check or money orders required 
for final payment.
The balance is due 15-30 days before occupancy.  
Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks minimum required; reservation deposit 
forfeited otherwise.
There must be at least one adult over the age of 25 occupying the 
condo.
