San Diego…but withdrawn from the tumult? If you are looking for a
vacation to truly experience the Southern California life-style then
look no further. Our Casita is the perfect place. Walk to the
PointLoma Village for hot-from-the-oven bread, and fresh-roasted
coffee. Stroll along bay beach or marina venues, or over to Sunset
Cliffs to watch the ocean surf. A Five minute drive from Sea World
and the beaches,ten minutes to Downtown and the San Diego Zoo, and
ten minutes from the airport spells ‘location’.Enter it all through
your private courtyard. The suite is attached to our home. There is
not a entry from our home into the suite. Your suite is situated in
a quiet affluent neighborhood where residents stop and talk, walk
their dogs, and enjoy life. We have ample street parking. No need
to worry about finding a parking spot. Since we are in a quiet
residential neighborhood, we must respect our neighbors. If you are
looking for a rowdy Spring-break-type situation - we are not for you!
We will gladly show you where the locals dine, and allow you to
steer clear of the high-priced tourist spots!

Twice as large as the average hotel room at 480 square feet, our
newly-constructed unit (2007) features living room, bathroom with a
spacious shower, a kitchenette with granite counter tops, a
microwave,coffee maker,toaster oven,dishes and utensils,hot plate,and
mini-refrigerator. Snuggle-up on the comfy couch with the gas
fireplace for ambiance and avail yourself of the High-definition
theater with surround-sound. The couch has a lounge section on it
which is comfortable for sleeping for a person 5"7 or under. A very
comfortable king-size bed with brand new mattress is in the bedroom,
with a cozy chair,dresser,nightstand and ample closet space. We also
have a queensize aero bed.
Best of all, walk outside the French doors of the bedroom, up the
steps and encounter the large roof-top deck with remarkable views of
downtown, the Pacific Ocean,Coronado Island, and Mexico. Sit for hours
as those trade-winds waft across your private perch. Gas grill in the
entry courtyard with a table for two to enjoy your coffee. We also

High speed wireless for your laptop computers as well.

Weekly Rates - $700 / week November-February (Christmas Week $750)
$725/ week March- May
$850/ week June- October

Nightly Rates- $110 per night November-February
$115 per night March- May
$130 per night June- October

50% of rent due upon booking.
Two weeks prior to stay balance of rent due plus a $200 security
deposit and there is a $40 cleaning fee.
Security deposit is returned at checkout.
If you must cancel the deposit will be reimbursed if we are able to
rent the period previously reserved. Please
make payments by personal checks.
