Vacation Rental Description

You won't forget the breathtaking panoramic views from this 5th 
floor corner unit with 9 ft. ceilings, granite counter tops and a 
wrap around balcony.  You'll love the natural beauty and abundant 
fun Okaloosa Island has to offer, with it's sugar white sand beaches 
and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  We love that there 
are no crowds or traffic here (Okaloosa has a seven story building 
limit) yet you're still close enough to fine restaurants, golf, 
nightlife, water sports, shopping and endless activities for the 
kids.

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with 3 large to the 
floor windows directly overlooking the Gulf with a door out to the 
balcony.  The master bath has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, shower 
and a separate commode area.  

The Second Bedroom has two twins and its own bathroom.

The Third Bedroom has a queen size bed, it's own bathroom and a view 
of the Santa Rosa Sound.  

The sofa in the living room opens up to a queen-size bed, supposedly 
as comfortable as they make them and you'll fight over who gets to 
sit in the chair & 1/2 with ottoman.  

If you are familiar with Okaloosa Island we are located between 
Nautilus and Aqua Villa, behing Tom Thumb.  Approximately 1 mile 
down 
Santa Rosa Blvd. off Hwy 98.

This is the perfect place to create those life-long family memories, 
have a romantic get away, or just relax and enjoy the beauty and 
calming of the beach and maybe see dolphins that often swim in front 
of the complex. 

We are now offering Complimentary beach service which includes an 
umbrella and two beach chairs per day, March through October.

Please No Smoking except on the balcony.  Although we love animals, 
we regret that we cannot accept pets.

Vacation Rental Rates

Mar 1 - May 23,2008 .. $225/night .. $1490/week 
May 24 - Aug 8 .. $2250/week, Sat-Sat Rentals Only
Aug 9 - Oct 31 .. $225/night .. $1490/week ..Sept&Oct $4000/mo
Nov 1 - Feb 28  .. $175/night .. $1050/week .. $1600.00/month

Add $95.00 cleaning/linen fee to the appropriate rate and 10% Fl. 
Tax.
An Add'l 2.9% credit card handling fee per transaction will be 
charged or you can send a check 3 weeks before check in to avoid fee.
There is a $200.00 reservation deposit to hold your dates, 
refundable only if dates are booked by another party.
You Must Be 25 years old to rent.
