Located on exclusive Cudjoe Key just a scenic 15-20 minute drive to
Key West.
Home has wide plank Brazialian Rosewood floors throughout. Once you
step into this home you realize why the Florida Keys is called
Paridise.
All brand new stainless steel appliances (gas range,dishwasher,large
refigerator with ice maker, microwave, blender, and all the utensils
(even a salad spinner)for the pro Chef in this beautiful kitchen.
Dining room table was custom made and is 8ft (10ft w/ leafs) with a
beautiful coral light fixture above as you look directly out at the
Atlantic Ocean.
Living room has Flatscreen Screen TV with Pottery barn custom sofas and chair. Great for gathering(Jenga,monopoly,poker,ect. all
included)
Master bedroom has West Indies/Tropical Decor with a King pillowtop
mattress with TV,DVD and stereo. Masterbath has a relaxing Rainhead
shower. Second bedroom (Nautical Decor) has a queen size bed.
Third
bedroom (Pirate Room)has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).
The large heated pool with a spillover, jacuzzi spa overlooks our
private beach and Atlantic Ocean. Under the Coconut palm is a
pillowtop hammock to read/sleep or enjoy the Florida sun.
No Pets/ No smoking.

Cudjoe Marina 2min drive for Large vessels - our dock will
accomodate approximatley up to a 30' boat with outboards.

KeyWest, Boating, snorkeling from dock (1ft-5ft within 1000ft of our
beach), diving, fishing ( Son Tyler has caught Barracuda, snappers,
grunts, hermit crabs, pinfish and lobsters from our dock), shopping,
sunbathing, etc.

$1000 deposit required to hold reservation, $150 Cleaning fee
additional $500 deposit for boat
Payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival by bank wire or
certified check.
25' ft Center Console Sea Chaser with 225hp yamaha engine is additional $1200 per week or $3,200 for monthly rentals
