Beautiful Sunsets, Bay Side Studio Condo in South Padre Island

Studio (no separate bedroom) 2nd floor condo.  No elevator - outside stairs.  Condo accomodates 3 comfortably.  Condo was refurbished in 2010 with new beds, bedding, love seat, TV, etc. etc.

Description of Condo:

Two new full beds with new comforters, bedding and window covering.

Fully equipped kitchen.  Includes new stainless steel cookware, nice tableware and utensils.  The kitchen has a small supply of usuable items such as paper towels, dish and hand washing soap, coffee, dry creamer, etc. 

Computer hutch with a new large desk chair.  A cable is supplied for high speed internet services.   

There is no telephone in the unit.  

New 32 inch flat screen TV with basic cable included.

New love seat, reading lights, small tables, and storage seating.

New air conditioner/heating unit.

New front glass/screen door and new back glass sliding door.

Large closet area with dresser for clothing, suitcases, etc.

Ourdoor furniture includes a wicker love seat with cushion, wicker table and two small wicker chairs.

Unit has been recently painted and tastefully decorated. 

This is a "NO SMOKING" unit and is located on the bayside.

Lighted fishing pier/dock in which to fish or watch the beautiful sunsets and occasional dolphins.  Launch your boat at one of the nearby ramps, and then bring it back to one of the 17 new boat slips available for your use.  If you are bringing your boat, let us know so arrangements can be made to reserve a boat slip.

There are two large swimming pools that are kept clean with sparkling water.

There is a coin operated laundry facility for your use near the pool area.

The grounds are beautifully cared for with lovely landscaping.

The Island shuttle stops on Kingfish Street near the Sand Castle.

The condo is centrally located on the island with just a short walk to the beach, grocery store and/or shopping, and convenience store.

Parking  -   permits provided at time of check-in.

Fishing, boating, swimming, beach walking, shopping, tours to Mexico,
dining, fresh seafood, kite flying, sand castle building, convention center with many different activites, flea markets, wind surfing, horse back riding, and on and on and on.

December, January, February, March - monthly rates for winter texans - $975 or $875 for seniors

April 1 thur April 27 - $85.00/night   ($510/week)

April 28 thur Sept 8 - $95/night    ($570/week)

September 9 - December 31st -$80/night  ($480/week)

All dates require a 3 night minimum unless approved by owner

Rates are for 2 adults. Additional persons, $10/Day.  No more than 3 persons in condo without approval of owner

10% Discount for seniors (over 60 years of age) - Applies only to stays less than 30 days.  Does not apply to monthly rates of $875 for seniors.   

$50.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee required

25% nonrefundable deposit of total nightly rate required to reserve and hold unit.  Deposit is part of rental rate and deducted from total amount due upon arrival.

April thur November Monthly rates available upon request.

There is a 14-1/2% state and local occupancy tax charged for less than 30 consecutive days. (Tax does not apply for more than 30 consecutive days)

Paypal is an accepted method of payment. Contact owner for other means of payment.  Credit cards are not accepted. 

Check-in between 12pm and 4pm unless prior arrangements are made w/owner or condo manager.

Check-out by noon unless prior arrangements are made w/owner or condo manager.
