Josiah Loomis Homestead in Lenox

Josiah Loomis Homestead is located just west of Lenox Mountain, in the
town of Richmond. It is a beautifully furnished, ca. 1800 farmhouse on
a dead-end street. Setting is extremely private and beautifully
landscaped. There are three large bedrooms, two full baths, large
living room, dining room, full kitchen and enclosed, heated porch.
A stone patio in front, and screened porch in back, are surrounded by
spacious lawns and many acres of woods. Tanglewood is ten minutes
away, and virtually all of the Berkshires' cultural and interesting
attractions are within fifteen miles.

Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, DVD and VCR, cable
internet, A/C in bedrooms. Linens, towels, dishes and cooking utensils
provided. Gas or charcoal grill available.

The Berkshires are famous as a major center of all varieties of
performing and visual arts, including Tanglewood, the summer home of
the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival,
Shakespeare and Company and the Berkshire and Williamstown Theatre
Festivals. In addition to these, there are hundreds of art galleries
and antique shops, and numerous lakes and streams for swimming,
boating and fishing.
All of these are within 20 minutes.

2012- March 1 thru June 30 - 1 week minimum stay - $1,000/wk, $3,000/month.

2012 - July 1 thru Sept 7 - 2 week minimum stay - $2,000/wk, $6,000/month.   

2012 - Sept 8 thru Dec 15 - 1 week minimum stay - $1,000/wk, $2,000/month.
