Vacation Rental Description

This non-smoking, no pet, 3 bedroom and 2 bath 2200 sq. foot 
home is just 1.5 miles from the fast developing Westgate Center in 
Glendale.  You will be able to walk home the 1.5 miles door to door 
faster then most cars leave the parking lot for Cardinals and 
Coyotes games.  Plenty of nightlife including the Yard House, Fox 
Sports Grill, Gordon Bierch Brewery Restaurant and Margaretville at 
Westgate as well as many shopping sites and an AMC multiplex.   
Freeway access in 5 minutes puts you within minutes of several 
restaurants and extensive shopping options.  You will also find all 
of the Valley golf courses within a short drive.

This house does not have a swimming pool but does have 6 ft walls 
with no two story homes next door or behind.

Activities and Attractions

Arizona Cardinal Football and Phoenix Coyotes Hockey just 1.5 miles 
away.  Perfect location for out of town fans.  Spring training 
galore with the Padres, Mariners, Rangers, Royals and Brewers all 
here on the west side of The Valley and the Dodgers, White Sox and Indians
are coming in 2009.  The Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns are 
less then a 30 minute drive for regular season games.

Outstanding golf, as expected in the area, with many public, resort, 
semi private and private clubs within less then a 30 minute drive.  
Many area private clubs allow public play during the summer months.

Visit the breathtaking town of Sedona with a 1.5 to 2 hour drive.  
Take a pink jeep or hummer ride for the full experience of this 
amazing area.  The Grand Canyon is about 3 hours away.  Breakfast in 
Sedona and lunch at one of the 7 natural wonders of the world.  Lake 
Pleasant with boating, fishing water skiing, tubing and jet skiing 
is less then 45 minutes away.  Phoenix zoo, voted one of the 5 best 
for children, is a 30-45 minute drive away on the east side of town.

Vacation Rental Rates

$350 refundable security/damage/cleaning deposit is due at the time 
of the reservation.  House will be inspected the day after check out 
for damage.  Any repair fees will be deducted from the deposit with 
a refund money order sent within 5 days.  Normal cleaning fees range 
between $50 and $100.

Fifty percent of rent is due 30 days prior to check in with the 
remaining 50% due 2 weeks before the arrival date.

July 1 to September 30
$110 per night			$650 per week


All stays require at least 3 nights.
Ask about extended such as month or longer stay rates.

Cancellation up to 15 days prior to check in will cause the 
forfeiture of the 50% of the $350 deposit if the home goes un-rented 
for the same time period.  Cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to 
check in will cause forfeiture of the $350 deposit regardless of re-
rental and 2 days rent at the daily rate if un-rented.  Refunds will 
be calculated and mailed on the original check in date.
