* $100.00 cleaning fee, $50 extra for pets. 
* $25 Processing fee. 
 
* $1000 Security deposit required (refundable after checkout or if  
  you prefer in the form of a credit card no.) Visa or Master card 
  only. 
 
* Check in 3:00 p.m.; check out 9:00 a.m. (negotiable) 
 
* This is a nonsmoking unit. Holidays are at Summer rates.  Lower 
  rates for longer stay upon request.
