04/16 - 12/14 $725.00 per week
 
Plus local & bed tax 11%
Cleaning Fee $60.00
In addition to the rental rate a deposit of $300.00 is reguired in 
advance to be refunded 2 weeks after completion of stay. Any damages 
to the unit will be deducted from this deposit.
