Your “Angler” two bedroom two full bath spacious second floor 
apartment is ocean front with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, 
and within 100 yards of a beautiful white sandy beach with private 
romantic coves and crystal clear blue and turquoise waters. 

Enjoy incredible cocktail sunsets from your private balcony. Across 
the street is Casa Lyon, Bimini Bay's award winning Bahamian-infused 
restaurant with spectacular ocean views. 

Enjoy the full service marina with over 300 slips, nearby gas, bait, 
shops, and only a 10 minute golf cart ride downtown to the many 
Bimini liquor stores, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, sights and 
more.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

*Central Air conditioned, heated, and ceiling fans. 
*Newly decorated in tropical furniture and decor.
*Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, oven, microwave, coffee 
 maker, dishwasher,    dishes and utensils. 
*Inside private laundry facilities include washer and dryer. 
*Sleeping amenities include 1 King size bed, 2 twin beds and a sofa 
bed in the living room. All linens, pillows, and towels provided. 
*3 televisions, all with cable, includes 2 DVD players (with over a 
dozen movies) and 1 VCR player. 
* All utilities are included.
* Three free bicycles are included (stored on balcony)and for use by  
guests.

Activities and Attractions

Bimini known as "The Big Game Fishing Capital of the World," the 
Bimini Islands offer a variety of fishing activities including Deep 
Sea Fishing. The deep waters of Bimini are known for their record 
catches of Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, and other game fish. 

For Charter boat service, private fishing captain and Golf cart 
rentals, please inquire at the registration desk for availability and 
rates.  

Other family fun is fishing for grouper, yellowtail, and seasonal 
lobstering. Bimini is also widely known as the "Bonefish Capital of 
the World." Enjoy Diving and Snorkeling sites, explore "The Lost 
Steps to The City of Atlantis" and one of the most popular sites, 
snorkel the “Sapona”, Biminis famous sunken concrete ship wreck!. 

If you prefer, you can take a 20 minute boat ride to Honeymoon Harbor 
and enjoy private white sandy beaches and hand feed the Manta Rays. 
Afterwards, when you return to the Resort, enjoy an afternoon in 
Bimini Bay's "Infinity Edge Pool" with spectacular ocean views. 
Invigorate your mind, body, and soul with an exotic oceanfront 
massage. Enjoy lunch at the Poolside Grill with Bahamian flavor then 
take a stroll down soft white sandy beaches along warm Atlantic 
shoreline around Bimini Bay Resort. For the young ones there is a 
Kid's Playground all in a safe environment!

Weekly Rate
$1,500.00 per week Jan. 1, 2008 to Dec. 31, 2008
(Weekly rates are based on 7 nights and 8 days)

Holiday Weekly Rate
$1,950.00 per week : Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, 
Thanksgiving, Christmas 
and New Years Holidays (Weekly rates are based on 7 nights and 8 days)

Weekend Rates (minimum 3 nights)
$750.00 4 days / 3 nights package Jan. 7, 2008 to Dec. 31, 2008

Holiday Weekend Rates *( Minimum 4 nights)
$1,200.00 5 days / 4 nights package Jan. 7, 2008 to Dec. 31, 2008 
*Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Holidays 

$500.00 Security deposit will reserve your dates.

$100.00 cleaning fee.

Up to 60' Marina slip dockage available @ $2.50 per foot(VHF 68) 
Electric (metered) 50 cents per kilowatt, Water (metered) 45 cents 
per gallon. (Inquire with Dockmaster for availability.)
